City police have identified the woman shot Sunday night in the North Baltimore's Greenspring neighborhood as 20-year-old Dionndra Dugger. A police spokesman said police were investigating the possibility that the shooting was accidental. Dugger was shot in the neck at about 7:30 p.m. inside a home in the 2600 block of Quantico Ave. She was taken to Sinai Hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
