A man was shot in the stomach Saturday morning near the corner of Manchester Avenue and Edgemere Avenue in the Park Heights section of Northwest Baltimore, according to police reports. Donny Moses, a spokesman for the Baltimore City Police Department, said officers were called to the scene about 11 a.m. and that the man, who was conscious, was taken to a nearby hospital, where he is in serious condition. His name was not released. Police have not identified any suspects or a possible motive in the shooting, Moses said.
