An article in Thursday's editions incorrectly referred to the money the Baltimore Board of Estimates agreed to spend on a construction project benefitting the Parks and People Foundation. Of the $1.5 million approved, $500,000 could potentially be shifted to parks department operations if city officials desired, not the entire amount.
