Howard County police are looking for information that will lead to the arrest of a man who robbed Howard Bank in the 10100 block of Baltimore National Pike in Ellicott City about 10:50 a.m. Monday. The man is described as white, in his 20s, about 5 foot 8 and thin. He was wearing a gray hooded sweat shirt, a gray baseball cap with a black bill and thick black gloves.
