Baltimore police have identified a man who was killed Tuesday night in a Northeast Baltimore shooting. Dewayne Holmes, 22, was found shot in the head in the 5600 block of Pilgrim Road about 11:15 p.m. Tuesday, police said. He was taken to Johns Hopkins Hospital, where he was pronounced dead shortly before midnight, according to police.
