A 15-year-old boy and an 18-year-old man were shot Thursday night in East Baltimore, according to city police. The victims were taken to a hospital and were in critical condition, police said. Officers responded to a call about gunshots in the 600 block of N. Luzerne Ave. about 6:20 p.m. Police say the boy was found in the 600 block of N. Lakewood Ave. with a wound to the back. The man was found in the 2600 block of E. Monument St. with a wound to the back and right side. Police have made no arrests.
