A 23-year-old man died after being shot late Thursday in Northeast Baltimore, police said. An officer responded to the 4300 block of Belair Road and found the victim lying outside a bar and liquor store with gunshot wounds to the head and torso, police said. He was taken to Johns Hopkins Hospital and pronounced dead at 12:20 a.m. Friday, police said. The victim was not immediately identified.
