Police seek teenager in New Year's Eve shooting of boy, 13, in Woodlawn

Baltimore County police are looking for a 14-year-old they say shot and critically wounded a 13-year-old on New Year's Eve. Tymaine D'Aren Sellman has been charged as an adult on a warrant for attempted first-degree murder. He is charged in the shooting of a 13-year-old in Woodlawn shortly after 4 p.m. Dec. 31. The injured teen was found lying in a hallway of an apartment building in the 6300 block of Monika Place. He is in critical condition at Maryland Shock Trauma Center.
