Baltimore County police have identified the man who died after a fire Tuesday morning at a Rosedale motel. Firefighters found Moussa Dembele, 40, in a room full of smoke and fire at Duke's Motel in the 7900 block of Pulaski Highway, said Louise Feher, a police spokeswoman. He was in cardiac arrest, but emergency personnel revived him and took him to the burn center at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center, where he died.
