Baltimore City schools: Normal.

Baltimore County schools: Delayed start. 2 hour delay. Due to a water main break in the area, Church Lane Elementary School will be closed Friday, Nov. 16, 2018.

Carroll Child Care Center: Delayed start. 10:00 AM

Carroll County schools: Delayed start. 2 hour delay

Frederick County schools: Delayed start. 2 hour delay. Whittier Elementary is closed for students Fri., Nov 16 due to a boiler malfunction.

Frostburg State University: Closed. 10:00 AM

Garrett County schools: Closed.

Gerstell Academy: Delayed start. 2 hour delay. Harford Heights Before Care opens at 9 am

Mount St. Mary's University: Delayed start. 10:00 AM. Classes in Emmitsburg will follow Schedule A (M/W/F) from the University's Inclement Weather Policy. The National Shrine Grotto of Our Lady of Lourdes will open at noon.

Notre Dame of Maryland University: Early close. 2:30 PM

Washington County schools: Delayed start. 2 hour delay
