While Baltimore might see some snow on Sunday, the Saturday night forecast from the National Weather Service is calling for the area to be spared significant accumulation.
According to the weather service, the area could see light snow after 1 p.m. as a winter storm system moves through, but the heaviest snowfall will be concentrated southwest of Washington.
The chance of precipitation in Baltimore is 40 percent during the day Sunday, declining to 30 percent in the evening. There is expected to be little or no snowfall accumulations. Sunday night will be mostly cloudy with lows in the upper 20s.
Monday will be sunny with highs in the mid 40s.
