Forecast: Rain all day, high 54

Wednesday is expected to be rainy, with a high near 63 and south winds of 10 to 16 miles per hour becoming westerly. The chance of precipitation is 90 percent. Thunderstorms are possible before 10 a.m.

Wednesday night is expected to be partly cloudy, with a low around 41 and north winds between 10 and 16 miles per hour.
