Emergency roadwork is affecting traffic on MD 144 in Baltimore County, state transportation officials said.
On MD 144 West, a westbound lane and shoulder are closed from Holmehurst Avenue to Dungarrie Road. On MD 144 East near the Baltimore Beltway, one westbound and eastbound lane are closed.
A vehicle fire has closed two of three lanes on Interstate 95 North past Exit 80 in Harford County.
All MARC and Amtrak trains are reported to be running on time.
