Northbound traffic at Baltimore's Harbor Tunnel was stopped briefly Monday when all lanes were closed at about 7 a.m. Those lanes have since reopened, officials said.
An accident on Interstate 83 North is causing delays in York, Pa., state highway officials reported.
The crash, reported at 6:30 a.m., is blocking one of two traffic lanes.
