The Baltimore City Department of Transportation said on Friday that Roland Avenue is open at 40th Street with the clearing of Thursday night emergency roadwork.
The Maryland Transit Administration reported at 9:12 a.m. that trains, buses and mobility vehicles were running on schedule.
