A two-vehicle collision on Interstate 95 South in Baltimore City at the Caton Avenue exit has closed the southbound left shoulder at 6:56 a.m. on Tuesday, according to the state Department of Transportation.
The Maryland Transit Administration reported at 8:18 a.m. that trains, buses and mobile vehicles were running on schedule.
