A single-vehicle crash has closed the ramp on Interstate 895 south for MD 295 south, or Exit 4, state transportation officials said.
The middle lane of the outer loop of the Baltimore Beltway is closed for a disabled vehicle near Exit 7 for MD 295.
There have been some delays reported on the Penn Line earlier Monday morning. Train 523, an 8:10 a.m. Perryville departure, is canceled for Monday. Passengers will be handled by Amtrak train 181, which will stop at Perryville, Aberdeen, Edgewood and Martin Airport.
