The Baltimore City Department of Transportation said that southbound North Eutaw Street is closed between Dolphin and Preston streets on Wednesday morning due to a sink hole. Officials said that detours are in place and the area will remain closed throughout the morning.
All northbound traffic is open on Interstate 895 in Baltimore City with the clearing of a three-vehicle collision at the Harbor Tunnel, according to the state Department of Transportation.

A two-vehicle collision on I-95 South in Baltimore City past the Baltimore Washington Parkway exit has closed the southbound right shoulder 7:48 a.m., DOT said.
A two-vehicle collision on I-95 South in Baltimore City at the Caton Avenue exit has closed the southbound left shoulder at 7:28 a.m., DOT said.
All eastbound traffic on MD 131 in Mays Chapel is shut down at Thornton Road due to emergency roadwork at 6:17 a.m. on Wednesday, according to the state Department of Transportation. The westbound traffic lane is bi-directional, DOT said.
DOT added that that emergency roadwork on MD 162 North at Allwood Drive in Anne Arundel County continues into Wednesday morning. Work began Monday.
The Baltimore City Department of Public Works said that street sweeping will take place on odd sides of streets in the Northwest and Southeast quadrants on Wednesday.
