All lanes are open on Interstate 895 South in Baltimore City on Thursday morning with the clearing of a two-vehicle collision at the Baltimore Harbor Tunnel, according to the state Department of Transportation.
Emergency roadwork on MD 140 East in Pikesville at Village Road has closed the right lane and right shoulder to eastbound traffic at 5:39 a.m., DOT said.
The Maryland Transit Administration reported at 8:58 a.m. that trains, buses and mobility vehicles were running on schedule.
