A collision on the inner loop of Interstate 695 in Catonsville at the Baltimore National Pike exit has closed the inner loop right traffic lane and inner loop right shoulder at 8:52 a.m. on Friday, according to the state Department of Transportation.
Emergency roadwork on the outer loop of I-695 in Towson at I-83 has closed the outer loop left shoulder at 8:46 a.m., DOT said.
The Maryland Transit Administration reported at 9:14 a.m. that all trains, buses and mobility vehicles were running on schedule. The on-time service comes after nearly a week of major delays on the MARC train due to Amtrak service problems on the same rail lines.
