The Maryland Transit Authority reported major MARC train Penn Line delays on Tuesday due to the termination of disabled Train 403.
Train 502 has been canceled, and Train 409's equipment will be used as an on-time Train 523 from Baltimore to Washington, MTA said.
The state Department of Transportation said that a two-vehicle collision on Interstate 95 South in Baltimore City prior to the Caton Avenue exit has closed the southbound right shoulder at 9 a.m.
DOT said that a collision on I-70 East in Marriottsville prior to the Marriottsville Road exit has closed the eastbound left shoulder at 8:52 a.m.
