An incident on Interstate 95 North past the Fort McHenry Tunnel toll plaza closed the right shoulder to northbound traffic at 8:34 a.m. Wednesday, according to the state Department of Transportation.
A disabled vehicle on MD 140 East in Westminster prior to MD 31 has closed the eastbound left traffic lane and eastbound left shoulder at 6:22 a.m., DOT said.
All lanes are open on I-97 South in Millersville with the clearing of a single-vehicle crash at MD 32, DOT said.
The Maryland Transit Administration reported major MARC train disruptions at 8:35 a.m., citing Brunswick Line service disruptions from Tuesday evening. MTA said that Train 890 (5 a.m. Frederick Departure) has been canceled.
Also, Train 872 (5:40 a.m. Brunswick Departure) will operate with one fewer rail car than usual, and Train 874 (6:05 a.m. Brunswick Departure) will operate with additional capacity.
Metro is honoring MARC tickets, MTA said.
