A collision on the outer loop of Interstate 695 in Middle River at MD 702 closed lane closures in both directions at 8:26 a.m. Friday, according to the state Department of Transportation. The crash closed the inner loop left traffic lane, inner loop left shoulder and outer loop left shoulder, DOT said.
The Maryland Transportation Authority said that the Curtis Creek Drawbridge is slated to open at 9 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.
The Maryland Transit Administration reported at 9 a.m. that trains, buses and mobility vehicles were running on schedule.
