Emergency roadwork on MD 22 North in Aberdeen at MD 132 has closed the southbound right traffic lane and southbound right shoulder at 5:33 a.m. on Friday, according to the state Department of Transportation.
All lanes are open on Interstate 95 South in Arbutus with the clearing of a collision with at the Baltimore Beltway exit, DOT said.
