The state Department of Transportation said that emergency roadwork on U.S. 1 North in the Nottingham area that began on Wednesday continued into Thursday morning.
The roadwork between Putty Hill Avenue and Dunfield Road has closed all northbound traffic, and the southbound left lane has been reversed, DOT said.
DOT also reported an incident on the outer loop of Interstate 695 at the Curtis Creek Drawbridge at 9:01 a.m. No additional information was given.
The Baltimore City Department of Public Works said that a 12-inch main break at the 8300 block of Belair Road that occurred on Wednesday has closed all northbound traffic. The main break has impacted approximately 50 services and businesses, DPW said. The State Highway Administration has urged motorists to use Harford Road instead.
