A vehicle disabled in the roadway has been moved to the shoulder of the Baltimore Beltway inner loop at Exit 31C for White Marsh Boulevard at 9 a.m. Monday, state transportation authorities said.
A crash on northbound Interstate 895 at Exit 9 for Childs Street has been cleared.
Debris in the roadway was cleared from all southbound lanes of Interstate 95 past Exit 85 for Churchville Road.
All MARC and Amtrak trains were reported to be running on time.
