One southbound lane of Interstate 83, at exit 24 to Belfast Road, in Baltimore County has been cleared after an accident was reported in the area earlier this morning, state high officials reported.
All northbound lanes of Interstate 95, before the Baltimore Beltway in Baltimore County have also reopened after an accident shut down three lanes, officials said. The accident was initially reported before 7 a.m.
Also in the county, an earlier two-vehicle crash on the Beltway outer loop at Liberty Road has since been cleared, according to state highway officials.
