A four-vehicle crash has closed two of four inner loop lanes on Interstate 695 at Wilkens Avenue at 9 a.m. Monday, state transportation officials said. The inner loop and outer loop shoulders are also closed for the crash.
A three-vehicle crash has closed one southbound lane and the southbound shoulder of Interstate 895 past Exit 12 for Lombard Street.
In Baltimore, South Caton Avenue is closed between Frederick Avenue and Wilkens Avenue for a broken water main, city officials said.
All MARC and Amtrak trains were reported to be running on time. MARC Train 419, a 7:40 a.m. Baltimore departure, will have one fewer rail car than usual and riders were told to anticipate crowding.
On Tuesday, MARC Train service will operate a Saturday Penn Line schedule and "S" Brunswick Line schedule in observance of Veterans Day. There will be no Camden Line service.
