Traffic: Northbound I-97 reopened in Annapolis

All lanes on Interstate 97 North in Annapolis are open on Tuesday morning with the clearing of a four-vehicle collision at Hawkins Road, according to the state Department of Transportation.

A two-vehicle collision on the outer loop of I-695 in Towson at Charles Street has closed the outer loop right off-ramp lane and outer loop right shoulder at 8:54 a.m., DOT said.

A two-vehicle collision on I-95 South in Jessup prior to MD 175 has closed the southbound left shoulder at 8:29 a.m., DOT said.

Emergency roadwork on MD 198 East in Laurel at Old Portland Road has closed the eastbound right traffic lane and eastbound right shoulder at 8:01 a.m. on Tuesday, DOT said.

DOT reported a disabled vehicle on I-95 North in Baltimore City at the Baltimore Washington Parkway at 8:58 a.m. No additional information was given.

And DOT added that emergency roadwork on Southwestern Boulevard in Arbutus at Washington Boulevard that began on Oct. 29 continued into Tuesday morning.

The Maryland Transportation Authority said that the new ramp from westbound MD 43 in White Marsh to I-95 has opened on Tuesday morning.

The Maryland Transit Administration reported at 9:09 a.m. that trains, buses and mobility vehicles are running on schedule.
