The southbound lanes of the Harbor Tunnel, Interstate 895, have reopened at 8 a.m. after they were blocked from a disabled vehicle in the roadway, Maryland Department of Transportation officials said.
A crash on the outer loop of Interstate 695 prior to Exit 18 for MD 26/Liberty Road has been moved to the shoulder and two left lanes have reopened.
Another crash on the outer loop of I-695 at the exit for Interstate 83 is on the shoulder. There is another crash on the shoulder of Interstate 97 North at Exit 13 for MD 174/Quarterfield Road.
A disabled vehicle has been reported at Interstate 95 North prior to the toll plaza near mile marker 56.
All northbound lanes of MD 2 North between Jones Station Road and Cypress Creek Road are blocked due to a two-vehicle crash.
All MARC and Amtrak trains are reported to be running on time.
