All lanes are open on Interstate 95 South in Baltimore City on Thursday morning with the clearing of a two-vehicle collision at the Keith Avenue exit, according to the state Department of Transportation.
Emergency roadwork on MD 150 East in Dundalk at Pembrooke Boulevard has closed the eastbound right traffic lane and eastbound right shoulder for more than four hours since first reported by DOT at 4:43 a.m.
