Traffic: JFX North reopened with clearing of crash

The Baltimore City Department of Transportation said that all lanes on the northbound Jones Falls Expressway have been reopened at 9:40 a.m. on Wednesday with the clearing of a crash at Northern Parkway at 9:07 a.m.
The transportation department added that westbound Cromwell Street is closed to through traffic at the intersection of McComas Street due to railroad track repair. Detours are in effect and the street will remain closed until 3 p.m. on Friday, Baltimore DOT said.
In other roadway incidents, a single-vehicle crash in Arbutus on Interstate 95 South at I-195 has closed the southbound right off-ramp lane and southbound right shoulder at 8:41 a.m. on Wednesday, according to DOT.
And, the southbound shoulder on MD 140 at Greenspring Valley Road in Garrison remains closed on Wednesday morning due to a Monday morning utility problem, according to DOT.
The Maryland Transit Administration reported at 9:50 a.m. that trains and buses were running on schedule.
