A collision on MD 32 North in Sykesville, just north of West Friendship Road, has closed the northbound shoulder at 8:42 a.m. Tuesday, according to the state Department of Transportation.
In other local incidents, a water main break in the Perry Hall area has closed Joppa Road at Seven Courts Drive at about 5 a.m., according to the Baltimore Department of Public Works and county police.
The Maryland Transit Administration reported at 9 a.m. that buses and trains were running on schedule.
