A two-vehicle collision with injury in Ellicott City on MD 100 East at Long Gate Parkway has blocked the eastbound right merge lane and the eastbound right shoulder at 9 a.m. on Monday, according to the state Department of Transportation.
DOT also reported a collision with injury in Pikesville on the inner loop of Interstate 695 at the Greenspring Avenue exit that has closed two of four inner loop traffic lanes and the left inner loop shoulder at 8:38 a.m.
The Maryland Transit Administration said at 9:15 a.m. that trains and buses were running on schedule.
