One of two southbound lanes in the Baltimore Harbor Tunnel was blocked Wednesday morning by a two-vehicle crash, the Maryland Department of Transportation reported.
The incident on Interstate 895 was reported at 8:42 a.m.
The agency also reported a crash involving one vehicle on the Baltimore Beltway inner loop past Dulaney Valley Road in Baltimore County that was blocking one shoulder.
