A two-vehicle collision in Baltimore County on the inner loop of Interstate 695 at the Northwest Expressway exit has closed both inner loop shoulders at 8:41 a.m. on Friday, according to the state Department of Transportation.
Debris on the outer loop of Interstate 695 at the Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore City has closed a right outer loop traffic lane and right outer loop shoulder at 8:36 a.m. Friday, according to the state Department of Transportation.
DOT also reported debris on Belair Road South at the Baltimore Beltway in Baltimore County at 8:35 a.m. No additional information was given.
The Maryland Transit Administration reported minor MARC train delays at 8:54 a.m.
