A disabled tractor trailer with a fuel spill in Baltimore City has blocked southbound Interstate 95 at the Keith Avenue exit at 8:40 a.m. Wednesday, according to the Maryland Transportation Authority.
MdTA said at 9 a.m. that the Keith Avenue exit ramp is closed for fuel spill cleanup.
