The state Department of Transportation on Monday reported a disable vehicle in Baltimore County on Interstate 695 at the I-83 North exit at 8:44 a.m. but offered no additional information.
The Maryland Transportation Authority said that the Curtis Creek Drawbridge at I-695 will be open on Monday morning at 9:15 a.m. and 12:15 p.m. for water traffic.
