As of 9 a.m. Friday, the Maryland Department of Transportation was reporting an accident on I-95 north in the city at the toll plaza, with one of the 12 toll lanes blocked — the far right lane.
In Anne Arundel County, there's still some debris in the road on southbound Route 3 just past Waugh Chapel Road, with the far left shoulder and one southbound lane affected.
In Howard County, there's a disabled vehicle on southbound Route 29 at Route 40.
In Baltimore County, there's an alert that York Road at Burke Avenue in Towson is undergoing emergency repair work, and all southbound lanes are affected. Southbound traffic is being accommodated by making one of the northbound lanes bidirectional, but caution is urged.
Farther south, there's an accident on the inner loop of the Capital Beltway in Montgomery County at Rockville Pike blocking two lanes. And in Prince George's County, there's some debris in the road on the inner loop at the Baltimore Washington Parkway.
The Maryland Transit Administration is reporting that light rail and MARC trains are operating on time in the Baltimore area.
