A disabled vehicle on the inner loop of Interstate 695 in Baltimore County at Reisterstown Road closed one of two inner loop right off-ramp lanes at 8:56 a.m. on Wednesday, according to the state Department of Transportation.
In Anne Arundel County, another disabled vehicle on US 50 East at Lane 5 of the Bay Bridge has shut down one of two eastbound traffic lanes at 9:08 a.m., DOT said.
Also in Anne Arundel, a collision on I-97 South at the MD 174 (Quarterfield Road) exit closed one of three southbound lanes and one of two southbound shoulders at 9:07 a.m., DOT said.
The Baltimore City Department of Transportation reported that southbound St. Paul Street is blocked at Biddle Street after a signal was struck around 8:20 a.m.
The Maryland Transit Administration reported minor delays on the light rail at 9:15 a.m.
