The right lane remains closed on Route 100 East in Howard County, where a collision involving two tractor trailers shut down all lanes during Thursday morning's rush hour.
At 11:06 a.m., State Highway Administration spokesman Charles Gischlar said that crews are doing guard rail repairs to the roadway. The right lane is shut down between US 29 and Route 104, SHA said.
The incident occurred at 5:29 a.m. SHA spokesman David Buck said that one tractor trailer overturned in the median and the other tractor trailer jackknifed.
