A collision in Howard County on Interstate 95 South at the MD 216 Scaggsville Road exit has closed the southbound right merge lane and one of two southbound shoulders at 9:01 a.m., on Monday, according to the state Department of Transportation.
The transportation authority also said that westbound lanes on MD 26 in Baltimore County between Milford Mill Road and Ellen Road are closed because of a water main break from Saturday evening. Westbound traffic is traveling on the center turn lane, DOT said.
State Highway Administration spokesman David Buck said on Monday that the water main break has been repaired and added that Baltimore County Department of Public Works officials are repairing damage to the roadway.
The Maryland Transit Administration reported minor delays on the light rail at 9:15 a.m.
