A single-vehicle accident on I-83 South at Ruxton Road in Baltimore County has the right shoulder blocked state highway officials reported around 9:15 a.m.
In Frederick County, highway officials are reporting a collision involving two vehicles on Route 85 at I-270 has closed the southbound lane and shoulder.
The Maryland Transit Administration officials are advising MARC passengers who board at Laurel that there may be no parking left and they should use the Savage or Muirkirk stations Friday morning. Buses, light rail and Metro remain operating on-time, according to the MTA.
