Traffic: Four-vehicle accident on I-95 south at White Marsh Blvd.

As of 9 a.m. Tuesday, traffic was slow on I-95 southbound at White Marsh Boulevard, due to an accident involving four vehicles.

Accidents also were slowing traffic on I-95 northbound at the Baltimore Beltway in Baltimore County, Route 100 southbound at I-95 in Howard County and Route 97 northbound at Route 648 in Anne Arundel County.

A utility problem has caused U.S. 1 northbound to be closed between Dunfield Road and Silver Spring Road in Baltimore County.

There are no major delays reported on local transit systems.
