Accidents were slowing traffic at Deer Park Road and Liberty Reservoir Bridge in Baltimore County, Eastern Avenue at Carroll Isle Road in Baltimore County, Saratoga Street and Small Avenue in Baltimore City, and Route 97 southbound at U.S. 50 in Anne Arundel County.
Disabled vehicles were blocking traffic on I-95 northbound at Route 195 and on the outer loop of the Baltimore Beltway at Greenspring Avenue.
Emergency roadwork was blocking a lane on U.S. 1 northbound near Madeline Avenue in Baltimore County and traffic on I-95 southbound near Northeast Road in Cecil County.
There were no major delays reported on local transit systems.
