As of 9:30 a.m. Monday, traffic was slow on I-83 southbound at Northern Parkway, due to an accident involving three vehicles.
Accidents were slowing traffic at Liberty Road and Klee Mill Road in Sykesville and Snowden River Parkway and Snowden Square in Howard County.
Traffic was slow on I-95 north at the Fort McHenry Tunnel, due to a disabled vehicle. Another disabled vehicle was blocking traffic on I-95 south past Keith Avenue.
Emergency roadwork caused the closure of one northbound lane of I-95 past Pulaski Highway.
