Traffic: Disabled vehicle on Baltimore Beltway outer loop at I-83

As of 9 a.m. Tuesday, traffic was slow on the outer loop of the Baltimore Beltway at Interstate 83, due to a disabled vehicle in the road.

Accidents were slowing traffic at the intersection of Dolfield Road and Red Run Boulevard, as well as the intersection of Old Harford Road and Putty Hill Avenue, both in Baltimore County.

There were no major delays on Baltimore area mass transit systems.
