As of 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, an accident was slowing traffic on southbound I-95 at I-195.
Otherwise, there were no major accidents on Baltimore area highways.
There were no major delays on mass transit systems, though the Maryland Transit Administration says MARC trains southbound on the Penn Line from Baltimore to BWI are operating 12 to 15 minutes late because of a power outage.
