Traffic: Disabled vehicle on I-95 at Fort McHenry Tunnel

As of 9:30 a.m. Monday, traffic was slow on northbound I-95 at the Fort McHenry Tunnel due to a disabled vehicle in the road. Traffic was slow on northbound Charles Street near Bellona Avenue due to emergency roadwork.
