As of 9:30 a.m. Friday, accidents were slowing several Baltimore area highways, including:
•Northbound I-95 at the entrance ramp to the Baltimore Beltway
•Northbound I-895 at the Harbor Tunnel toll plaza
•Northbound I-95 near Caton Avenue
•Northbound Md. 295 at Md. 100
• I-395 and Conway Street in Baltimore due to an accident.
There were no major delays on mass transit systems.
